Roll-A-Door Secure™

Australia's Most Secure Roller Door*

Engineered as a complete four-part locking system to resist attempted forced entry, tampering and impact, turning your garage door into a true security system.

Maximum security

The garage door is the largest entry point to the home, yet it is often overlooked. Your garage door deserves the same uncompromising security as every other entry point to your home. For decades, roller doors were built to close. Roll-A-Door Secure is built to protect. Engineered as a complete four-part system to help resist attempted forced entry, tampering and impact^.

  • Locked shut, every time.

Most garage doors just close. Roll-A-Door Secure locks shut every time. Leveraging dual AUTO LOCK™ technology, heavy duty security guides, a reinforced bottom rail and a compatible opener work together to protect against attempted forced entry, tamper attempts and impact^.

  • Built to protect. Proven to perform.

Roll-A-Door Secure is the only roller door that not only meets but exceeds the Australian Garage Door Standard for locking performance and impact resistance*. Built for homeowners who expect more than a door.

  • Roll-A-Door Reinvented

In 1956 B&D invented the Roll-A-Door right here in Australia, 70 years on we have reinvented it. Roll-A-Door Secure finally address a long, overlooked gap in home security and transforms the garage door from a simple entry point into a true security system.

A Complete Four-Part Locking System.

Roll-A-Door Secure is the only Australian roller door to meet and exceed the Australian Garage Door Standard for Security.
When the door closes, a reinforced anodised aluminium bottom rail is automatically secured within heavy-duty guide rails by dual AUTO LOCK™ technology. Working seamlessly with intelligent security features built into the opener, the system delivers superior protection and peace of mind that ordinary roller doors simply can't. Roll-A-Door Secure is the only Australian roller door to meet and exceed the Australian Garage Door Standard for Security.

  • 1. Dual side AUTO LOCK™

Positioned on both sides of the roller door, dual AUTO LOCK™** engage automatically every time the door closes. Working with the Security Bottom Rail, they secure the door in place, while a distinctive locking sound and illuminated indicators provide clear confirmation that the door is locked and protected. Designed to withstand dust, dirt and harsh weather conditions (IP66).

  • 2. Security Guides

Heavy duty aluminium Security Guides run down both sides of the opening, keeping the door firmly secured within the frame. Engineered for added strength, they resist attempts to force the curtain out of the guide system, providing an additional layer of protection against forced entry.

  • 3. Security Bottom Rail

Manufactured from heavy-duty anodised aluminium, the Security Bottom Rail delivers the strength, durability and corrosion resistance needed for a critical role within the locking system. Working directly with the Dual AUTO LOCK™, it helps keep the door securely closed, resisting upward force and maintaining the integrity of the locking system.

  • 4. Opener

The opener is what brings the Roll-A-Door Secure system to life. It does more than automate the door; it drives the Dual AUTO LOCK™ so the system can lock shut as intended. Roll-A-Door Secure should be paired with a B&D specified opener***. Quiet and reliable, it features Automatic BackDrive and reverse technology for superior protection and safety. Tri-Tran+ advanced encryption technology is also embedded to prevent code theft.

Got a question?

Check out our frequently asked questions below. If you can't see the answer, give us a call on 13 62 63 and our friendly team can help you out.
  • What makes Roll-A-Door Secure different from a standard roller door?

Most roller doors simply close. Roll-A-Door Secure is engineered as a complete four-part security system that automatically locks shut when the door closes. Dual AUTO LOCK™, heavy duty security guides, a reinforced security bottom rail and a compatible B&D opener work together to help resist forced entry, tampering and impact. It is designed to provide a significantly higher level of security than a standard roller door.

  • Does the door automatically lock every time it closes?

Yes. Roll-A-Door Secure features Dual AUTO LOCK™ positioned on both sides of the door. When the door closes, the locks automatically engage and secure the door into place.

  • Can I retrofit Roll-A-Door Secure to my existing garage door?

No. Roll-A-Door Secure is designed as an integrated system and its security performance relies on all components working together, including the Dual AUTO LOCK™, security guides, security bottom rail and B&D opener. The components cannot be retrofitted to an existing garage door and must be installed as a complete Roll-A-Door Secure system.

  • Can I keep my current opener?

In most cases, no. The opener is an essential part of the Roll-A-Door Secure system because it operates the Dual AUTO LOCK™ and enables the door to lock automatically. The system must be paired with a compatible B&D opener, such as PowerDrive for most residential applications. Without the compatible opener, the locking system cannot operate as intended.

  • What warranty comes with Roll-A-Door Secure?

You’re buying a complete system, tested by B&D, where every element is designed to work together for stronger security, smoother operation and long-term performance. From the locks, rails and guides to the springs, opener and door curtain, every component that makes up the system is covered by B&D’s 10-year Total Confidence Warranty.
