NCR PROCEDURE

To ensure that we can process your application as quickly and efficiently as possible, please ensure that you submit your NCR’s using the procedure outlined below.

 

  • Report and register any damaged doors
  • Take photos of the damage (if damage identified whilst onsite by installer – please submit a photo of damage before & after installation)
  • Complete the NCR form and attach photos
  • Submit to your state NCR officer for processing
